Tandem Clean Buffer is an InnoCyto proprietary buffer formulated to reduce the non-specific binding of tandem dyes, including PE/iF594, PE/Cyanine5, PE/Cyanine5.5, PE/Cyanine7, APC/Cyanine7, and APC/iF700, which is commonly observed in monocytes and macrophages. The buffer is most effective when used during surface staining of live cells before the fixation step.
